In Year 5, Miss Cooper is the class teacher. We are supported by Mrs Cummings and Mrs Robinson.

Important Information 

Year 5 will have PE every THURSDAY afternoon. Swimming will begin on Thursday 13th January 2022.

 

Please ensure your children have the following PE kit items every PE day:

  • Yellow PE shirt (COMPULSORY)
  • Black shorts (COMPULSORY)
  • Black pumps (COMPULSORY)
  • Trainers for when we're lucky enough to go outside (OPTIONAL)
  • Outdoor bottoms / jacket (OPTIONAL)
  • All jewellery is to be removed before every PE session and long hair is expected to be tied back.


 

Homework

Year 5 will receive homework every Monday which will be due in the following Monday.

The homework will consist of practising key mathematical calculations, times tables, spellings and reading. There may also be added information on the types of things we will be looking at the following week.

If children do not complete their homework, they will be expected to do it in their own time within school hours.
