We use formative assessment in every lesson, to ensure all children reach their full potential in all areas of the curriculum. Summative assessment is completed at least once every term where the children sit tests similar to their end of KS2 SATS. We formally assess in:

  • Reading and comprehension
  • Spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Maths - arithmetic and reasoning
